The Care Partner assists in the provision of patient care and clerical support under the direct supervision of a Registered NurseThe Care Partner is responsible for meeting and maintaining established patient care standards and providing patient/family centered care while providing service excellenceAt a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Care Partner Skills & Responsibilities.

Various General Med Surg Floors, including Ortho Neuro, Surgical Intermediate Care (Wound Care), Geriatics/Pediatrics, Pulmonary, and Cardiac Care.
ExperienceRequiredAbility to perform tasks on attached Care Partner Core Skills Checklist or achieves satisfactory skill performance within 90 days of employment.
Preferred2 year(s):
Certified Nursing Assistant or completion of a nursing assistant/nursing program, or two (2) years recent experience as a nursing assistant preferred.
1 - 3 years:
One (1) three (3) years in a clerical position in healthcare - including physician office or insurance billing - with exposure to patient records, diagnoses, or dictation preferred.
