The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children, and will be willing to work flexible hours.
We are looking for someone who is very nurturing and loving and is available to spend a few hours each day in our care.
Our childcare provider must be able to handle the stress of working on their own with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Be a good role model to the children.
Develop and implement effective behavioral and classroom management strategies.
Be empathetic and supportive of the children they care for.
Follow and enforce established rules, policies, and procedures.
Care for children of all ages, developmental stages, and health conditions.
Provide age-appropriate activities for children under their care.
Be comfortable maintaining a safe environment.
Know how to prevent child abuse/neglect.
